ClearTimetable
Your timetable, made easy to read.
Turn your cluttered school timetable into something you can print for the back of your ID, stick to your desk, or set as your phone image.
Import from a PDF export, a photo, or a CSV/Excel file — any of these fills in "Your lessons" below automatically, or you can skip them and enter lessons by hand. Parsing can misread cells, so check the result against the original before printing. If something’s in the wrong place, drag it to swap in the A4 preview below, or edit it in "Your lessons".
Tip: for best results, take the photo straight-on in good light, with the whole timetable visible and no glare or shadows across the text.
Your timetable saves itself in this browser as you edit, so it’s still here next time. Importing a PDF or photo always replaces it completely, so there’s no need to clear anything first.
Set your tutor group, duties and the period times your school uses. The preview below picks these up as you edit.
Only used if we couldn’t read a name off your imported PDF or photo. Printed on the ID card next to “ClearTimetable”.
AM and PM duty only appear as rows — above Reg, and after the last period — if you select at least one day.
Editable — one row per period in your school day. Importing a PDF or photo replaces these rows with the ones printed on it. Leave Friday blank if it matches Mon–Thu.
Each row is one class — edit its code, room or pupils once and it updates every period it happens. Two rows sharing a code just mean it genuinely uses two rooms. Missed one? Use "+ Add class" below. Pupils show on A4 output only.
Anything that isn’t a timetabled lesson — a meeting, club, cover or intervention. Each one adds a labelled strip under the main grid, on every output.
Choose what shows under the class code on each output.

The full timetable is easier to read on a larger screen. Scroll sideways here, or download the PDF.
Drag a lesson onto another to swap them. Tap one to edit it in place.
Add this card to a queue, then print or download up to 10 at once on one A4 sheet. Teacher and Student queues are kept separate.
Maximum 10 cards per page.
Known spelling variants (e.g. Maths/Mathematics) are grouped automatically. An unrecognised variant gets listed on its own below rather than being folded in silently.
Download PDF gives you a true card-sized file for a card printer. Print centres the card on a normal page so you can cut it out.
Download PDF or Print gives you all queued cards at their true card size, laid out on one A4 sheet ready to cut out.
