ClearTimetable

Turn a messy export into a timetable you'll actually enjoy glancing at.

1

Import from PDF

Upload your timetable PDF and it reads the grid automatically. Check every cell against the original before printing — it can make mistakes. You can skip this and use CSV or manual entry instead.

2

Reg, room and duties

AM duty only appears as a row above Reg if you select at least one day.

3

Your lessons

Type the class code in the top box, and pupil numbers (optional) in the small "pupils" box underneath — e.g. code 7P2, pupils 25. Add @ROOM after a code only if that lesson is in a different room than usual, e.g. 10Q6@E210. Pupil numbers show on A4 output only. Download as Excel from Output, edit it there, and re-upload when you're done — or use a CSV starting with optional Room,E206 and RegCode,11B lines to auto-fill section 2.

Timings

Editable — defaults shown are a standard 5-period day. Leave Friday blank if it matches Mon–Thu.
